Ingredients
Large size pizza base 2
Chicken breast, boiled and shredded

Green chillies, finely chopped 4
Capsicums, finely chopped 3 medium
Spring onions, finely chopped 3,
green part only

Black
pepper, powdered 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pizza cheese, grated 4 tbsp
Chilli cheese 4 tbsp
Dried oregano pinch |

• Preheat oven to 240°C.
• In a saucepan heat butter, add boiled,
shredded chicken and salt and fry for 3 minutes.
Add green chillies, black pepper and paprika,
mix well and continue to fry. Add all vegetables,
fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
• Grease a round baking tray lightly. Put
the pizza base on it, spread the chicken mixture
on it, sprinkle the two grated cheese on it generously.
Sprinkle the oregano on cheese. Bake for 10 to
15 minutes till pizza becomes crispy.
• Serve hot.
